Pairing the Bluetooth alarm clock with the smartphone/
®
tablet
Both devices must be paired with each other for the Bluetooth
with the app ("pairing" or coupling process in Bluetooth
Proceed as follows:
• Make sure that the Bluetooth function is activated on your smartphone/tablet.
®
• Start the "BleAlarm" app.
• In the home screen of the app, no paired devices will be displayed when you start
for the first time. Tap the button to pair a new device. A message then appears indi-
cating that the pairing button (3) on the Bluetooth
for 5 seconds.
• Press the "PAIR" button (3) on the Bluetooth
then sound a signal and the pairing process is activated.
• A new alarm clock should now be displayed in the app. Tap on the corresponding
button in the app to complete the pairing process.
The pairing must be done correctly; otherwise, the Bluetooth
cannot be used.
You can pair your mobile device with up to 5 alarm clocks and operate them.
• After completing the pairing process, the time, date and the available alarm and
timer settings are synced. In addition, the app displays the battery status of the
Bluetooth alarm clock. In the display, the connection is indicated by the Bluetooth
®
symbol on the right.

Operation

If you have to re-start the app after pairing, you must always select the
Bluetooth alarm first you want to use.

To continue with the setup, select the desired alarm clock now. To do this, tap the
corresponding button.
a) Renaming the Bluetooth alarm clock
®

b) Setup mode
By touching the small gear icon at the top right of the main menu of the app you reach
the setup mode for the selected alarm clock.
• In setup mode, you can turn snooze on/off ("SNOOZE"); the number of repetitions for
the snooze function (default = 3) and the duration (default = 5 minutes). Moreover, it
is possible to adjust the duration of the alarm.
• By default, the automatic summer/winter time changeover is also activated, which
can be turned off in the setup mode. The current time zone and date are also shown
here, when summer/winter time are switched again.
• In the last paragraph, you can also switch on the function with which the display
automatically changes (time, date, temperature/humidity, alarm clock times (when
an alarm is active) and timer (only when the timer runs)).
In addition, you can set the temperature units, time and date format.
c) Displaying the battery status
The battery status of the Bluetooth
in the main menu of the app. Tipping on this symbol will also show the battery status
in percent.
When the batteries are low (<20%), a warning message is also displayed in the app;
replace the batteries with new ones.
d) Setting the alarm
A maximum of 5 alarm times can be set.
• Tap one of the 5 buttons to create new alarm.
• Set the desired alarm time. Furthermore, you can select one or more weekdays
for the alarm. Specify alarm sound and volume. If desired, change the name of the
alarm.
If no day is selected, the Bluetooth

• Once you made all settings, tap on the arrow on the top left to leave the
settings. The alarm is then activated automatically and synchronised with the alarm
clock. The corresponding alarm symbol is shown at the bottom centre of the alarm

The Bluetooth alarm clock has an internal clock and after setting via the

app, it can work independently of the smartphone/tablet.

e) Stopping the alarm
• To manually stop the alarm at the alarm clock, press the "ALARM OFF" button (2) on
the right side of the product.
• The alarm can also be stopped in the app. To do this, tap on the crossed-out alarm
symbol or on the corresponding alarm setting.
f) Snooze mode
The snooze mode can be switched on or off in the app for each alarm. If you have
activated the snooze mode for the alarm clock in the setup menu, you also use it as an
alternative for switching the alarm off (see chapter Stopping the alarm).
• When the alarm is sounded by the Bluetooth
"SNOOZE" button (1) on the right side of the alarm clock.
The alarm is discontinued for a certain period of time (5 minutes by default) and then
goes off again.
• By pressing the "ALARM" button (2), you stop the alarm and disable snooze mode.
g) Timer function

• Touch the button in the app for the timer (row with the time display of the timer,
0:00:00 by default).
• Set the desired duration for the count-down timer in hours, minutes and seconds.
• Select the tone and volume for the alarm.

• After setting the timer, go back to the main display. To do this, tap on the arrow in the
top left of the app.
• To start, stop or reset the timer, tap on the corresponding word displayed.
• To stop the alarm once the timer has counted down, either press the "ALARM ON/
OFF" button (2) on the right side of the Bluetooth

h) Deleting the Bluetooth
Proceed as follows, if you want to clear the Bluetooth
if you use multiple alarm clocks and you want to remove one of them):
• When starting the app, the main view is displayed with the selection of the available
alarm clocks.
• Tap on the small gear icon in the top right.
• Touch the top right button to edit the displayed list.
• A red minus symbol appears to the left of the alarm clocks. Tap this icon, if you want
to delete one of the alarm clocks.
A button is now displayed to the right of the alarm clocks that prompts you
to confirm whether you want to clear the alarm clock. The alarm clock is
removed from the app, when the button is touched.
i) Resetting the Bluetooth
To reset the Bluetooth
"RESET" button (5) at the rear for about 5 seconds until the display has switched off
completely.
j) Temperature and humidity
• To manually display the temperature and humidity on the Bluetooth
keep pressing the button "SCROLL" (4) until the temperature can be seen on the left
and the humidity on the right.
• In the app, you can find the display at the bottom on the home page. By tapping on
it, you can view the change of temperature or humidity in the last 7 days.

Maintenance and cleaning

• Apart from the occasional battery change, the product is maintenance-free for you.
• The product exterior should be cleaned only with a clean, soft, dry cloth. Do not ap-
ply too much pressure on the display, as it may crack.
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, cleaning alcohol or other chemical
solutions, since these could damage (discolour) the housing or even impair
operation.
