c) Setting up the radio projection alarm clock

• Set up the radio projection alarm clock on a horizontal, stable, sufficiently sized sur-
face.
Use a suitable support to avoid scratching.
Do not place the projection alarm clock next to any electronic devices, metal
parts, cables, etc., since this will reduce DCF reception quality. Bad reception
can also be expected in case of metallised insulation glass windows, rein-
forced concrete construction, coated special wallpaper or basement rooms.
• If you want to use the radio function, unwind the aerial (B13). When you take the
radio into operation later, you may need to change the position of the aerial a little
depending on reception.
