Austausch
von Teilen und Instand-
setzung
Beim Öffnen von Abdeckungen
oder
Entfernen von Teilen, außer wenn dies
von Hand möglich ist, können span-
nungsführende
Teile freigelegt werden.
Auch können Anschlußstellen
span-
nungsführend
sein.
Vor einer Instandsetzung
oder einem
Austausch von Teilen muß das Gerät
von allen Spannungsquellen
getrennt
sein, wenn ein Öffnen des Gerätes
erforderlich
ist.
Wenn eine Reparatur am geöffneten
Gerät unter Spannung unvermeidlich
ist,
darf das nur durch eine Fachkraft
geschehen, die mit den damit verbun-
denen Gefahren vertraut ist.
Austausch
von Sicherungen
Es ist sicherzustellen,
daß nur Sicherun-
gen vom angegebenen
Typ und der
angegebenen
Nennstromstärke
als
Ersatz verwendet
werden. Die Verwen-
dung geflickter Sicherungen
oder Kurz-
schließen des Sicherungshalters
ist
unzulässig.

Wenn anzunehmen
ist, daß ein gefahr-
loser Betrieb nicht mehr möglich ist, so
ist das Gerät außer Betrieb zu setzen
und gegen unabsichtlichen
Betrieb zu
sichern. Es ist anzunehmen,
daß ein
gefahrloser Betrieb nicht mehr möglich
ist
- wenn das Gerät sichtbare Beschädi-
gungen aufweist
- wenn das Gerät nicht mehr arbeitet
- nach längerer Lagerung unter un-
günstigen Verhältnissen
- nach schweren Transportbean-
spruchungen
Das Gerät ist zur Überprüfung
ins Werk
oder zur nächsten HEIDENHAIN-
Servicestelle zu schicken.

trical power before repairing

replacing Parts.
lf you must repair the opened unit
while it is under power
ensure that the
repair is conducted
by a qualified elec-
trician who is familiar with the danger
in volved.
Replacing
the Fuses
Only fuses of the indicated
type and
rated amperage
may be used as repla-
cements. The use of repaired fuses or a
short-circuiting
of the fuse holder is not
permissible.

Defects
and Unusual
Loads
lf it tan be assumed that a Safe opera-
tion is no longer possible,
then the unit
should be taken out of Operation and
secured against inadvettent
use. lt tan
be assumed that Safe Operation is no
longer possible if
- the unrt IS visibly damaged
- the unit no longer functions
- the unit has been stored for a long
time under unfavorable
conditions
- the unit has been subjected
to
severe treatment during transport
The unit should be sent to the factory
or to the next HEIDENHAIN

agency for inspection.

Lors de I'ouverture des boitiers ou de Ia
suppression
d'elements,
sauf si cela est
possible a Ia main, des elements con-
ducteurs de courant peuvent etre mis a
nu. De meme que des elements de
raccordement
peuvent etre rendus con-
ducteur de courant.
Avant un mise en place ou un echange
de pieces, I'appareil doit etre isole de
toute Source de courant, si I'ouverture
de I'appareil est necessaire.
Si une reparation de I'appareil ouvert et
sous tension est necessaire, celle-ci ne
devra etre effectuee que par un per-
sonnel qualifie, et informe des dangers
y etant lies.
Remplacement
des fusibles
On doit s'assurer que les fusibles utili-
ses sont bien du type et du courant
nominal conseille. La mise en court-cir-
cuit du suppoti-fusible
est interdite.

Erreurs et sollicitations

Lorsque I'on peut supposer qu'une utili-
sation sans risque n'est plus possible, il
faut mettre I'appareil hors circuit et Ie
preserver contre une utilisation par
inadvertance.

- lorsque I'appareil presente des
deteriorations
visibles
- lorsque I'appareil ne fonctionne
plus
- apres un stockage prolonge dans
des conditions
defavorables
- apres des conditions
de transport
inhabituelles

plus proche pour une remise en etat.
