a) Submenu "DATE/TIME" (Setting the Time and Date)

Click the menu "SYSTEM" in the main menu and then the submenu "DATE/TIME" to make the date
and time settings.

b) Submenu "PASSWORD"

Click the menu "SYSTEM" in the main menu and then the submenu "PASSWORD" to make the
settings for the password protection.
DATE: Set day, month, year.
DATE FORMAT: Setting the date display format.
TIME: Setting the current time.
TIME FORMAT: Setting the time display format.
TIME ZONE: Setting the time zone (Germany =
GMT+01:00).
DST (day saving time): Set daylight savings time
(ON) or do not use this function (OFF).
DEVICE ID: Here, an ID can be set for the digital re-
corder.
PASSWORD ENABLE: Activate (ON) or deactivate
(OFF) password. Maximum password length = 6
characters.
Difference USER PASSWORD and ADMIN PASS-
WORD:
USER PASSWORD: If you log in with the USER PASS-
WORD, only the Search&Play functions and live view
can be used (= Limited Authority!).
ADMIN PASSWORD: If you log in with the ADMIN
PASSWORD, you have full access to all functions.
Confi rm the settings with "APPLY" or leave the menu
without accepting the settings made by clicking
"EXIT".
