6. Display, Connection and Control Elements

The following numbers refer to the ones on those images.

a) Front View

1) "Eject" button
Press this button to extend or move back the 17.8 cm (7") LCD screen.
2) 7.8 cm (7") LCD screen
3) "MENU" button
This button can be used to call the 17.8 cm (7") LCD screen's menu. Pressing this button
repeatedly allows you to select the different menu options.
4) "-" button
For setting the screen menu values.
5) Button "+"
For setting the screen menu values.
6) Infrared receiver
7) "PWR" status LED
The Status-LED "PWR" is lit when the voltage supply is connected properly and the dig-
ital recorder is switched on.
8) "UP" button
Serves as navigation button (up).
9) "HDD" status LED
The "HDD" status LED fl ashes when data is exchanged with the hard disk or when a
recording takes place.
10) "CH1 ~ CH4" buttons
These buttons can be used to directly select the different camera inputs and to display
them in full screen mode.
11) "QUAD" key
Displays all four camera inputs at the same time (split display).
12) "REW" button
Rewind
13) "PAUSE" button
Stop playback play/pause
14) Button "PLAY"
Start playback
