Warranty

Due to the high quality of construction
and materials of your new bike, Merce-
des-Benz provides a 24-month warranty
to cover all claims related to material and
construction deficiencies or defects, the
warranty begins immediately on the date
of purchase.
Should you detect or experience any
material or construction related defects
on your Mercedes-Benz Bike, Mercedes-
Benz will repair the bike in accordance
with the following terms and conditions at
no charge to the owner for either working
hours or materials, or will, at the discreti-
on of Mercedes-Benz, replace the bike in
its entirety or its defective parts under the
condition that further claims, in particular
claims for damages, are excluded.

Terms and conditions

1.
Defects can only be remedied when the
online registration has been fully and
correctly completed and can be presented
along with the defective product and the
original proof of purchase (receipt). All
warranty issues should be addressed to a
Mercedes-Benz dealer.
Mercedes-Benz reserves the right to
refuse remedial measures when the above
documentation is not presented, or when
the required information are incomplete,
illegible or proven to be false.

The warranty does not cover any damage
incurred as a consequence of modificati-
ons or adaptations to the bicycle perfor-
med to meet the statutory national and
regional regulations of a country which
is not the country for which the bike was
originally developed and manufactured
when such modifications or adaptations
do not have the prior written approval of
Mercedes-Benz.
3.
The warranty is invalid when the frame
number of the bicycle has been changed,
removed or intentionally defaced.
4.
The warranty excludes all the following
points:
a) regular maintenance and repair
or conditional replacement of parts due to
normal wear.
