Adjusting the brakes

Brake lever
Brake levers that can be squeezed through
all the way to the handlebar grip, or worn
brakes, can lead to insufficient braking effi-
ciency and prevent you stopping in time to
avoid falls or accidents in which you and/or
other persons may be injured.
Please make sure your brakes function
correctly before every ride.

Adjusting the brake lever / grip
distance
The brake lever can be adapted to suit
your hand size for better ergonomics. On
your Mercedes Benz bike this can be done
over a socket head screw.
