2. Turn the thermostat knob in clockwise direction to select one of the power
levels 1-7.
3. The settings 1-7 represent the different adjustable power levels
a. 1 = low/warmest cooling temperature.
b. 7 = high/coldest cooling temperature.
c. the settings 6/7 allow you to freeze food quickly.
4. The setting OFF switches off the compressor only. You must unplug the
appliance to disconnect it from the mains.
5. When you have switched on the appliance, wait 1 to 2 hours before you load
any food.
6. The description of the setting levels represents standard values only.
NOTICE! The appliance should never be restarted unless at least 5
minutes have elapsed.

Operation parameters

1. The appliance can only reach the relevant temperatures when:
a. the a ambient temperature meets the climatic class.
b. the doors close properly.
c. you do not open the doors too often or too long.
d. the door seals are in proper condition.
e. the appliance is properly positioned.
f. you have not overfilled the appliance.
g. you do not store warm or hot food in the appliance.
2. You can check the cooling-temperature using a commercial available fridge-

thermometer .
3. When the ambient temperature is very high, it is recommended to set the
thermostat to a colder setting if needed. If this setting should cause strong
formation of encrusted ice, please select a warmer setting.
4. High ambient temperatures and simultaneously operating at the coldest setting
may make the compressor operate permanently to keep the temperature
constant inside the appliance.

Power failure

Even in summer food can be stored in the appliance for a few hours during a
power failure. Nevertheless, the temperatures in the appliance increase during a
power failure or technical problem so the storing time of the food will be reduced.
1. Do not put additional food into the appliance during a power failure.
