OVERLOAD PROTECTION

The mixer is fitted with a self-resetting overload protection device, which safeguards
against overheating the motor. Overheating may be caused by ...
• too much food in the blender jug.
• hard ingredients block the blades.
• too sticky and too heavy load (e.g. heavy dough).
• the drive shaft of the blade assembly and/or the drive shaft in the motor base is
damaged. You feel an unusual high resistance, when rotating the blades and/
or the drive wheel.

Use
Crushing Ice: place 1 to 12 ice
cubes in the blender jug and hold
the switch at position P until the ice
pieces have the desired size.
Tip: Before processing, place the
blender jug in the refrigerator.
Cook your food, let it cool down
and place it into the blender jug.
Add a sufficient amount of liquid.
IMPORTANT: Always observe the
maximum temperature (60°C), when
filling food into the blender jug.
Add sugar or flavours to taste.
Insert liquid first, then the other
ingredients.

yogurt, cream, or sour milk.
