Installation instructions for all Segway x2 Turf models
1. Make sure the Segway PT is unplugged and powered off.

2. Position the Clamp Assemblies onto the x2 Fender Frame and Side Support Bar.
See Figure 1b. Attach (2) Tube shaped bushings on the Side Support Bar to align
with the Clamp Assembly. Attach (2) T shaped bushings on the x2 Fender Frame

Installation Torque: 8 N-m (5.9 ft-lbf)

Figure 1a. Installing the Side Support Bars
to align with Clamp Assembly. See Figures 1a and 1b. Loosely thread (4) 80mm
long fasteners into each Clamp Assembly. Do not tighten. Install both Side
Support Bars.
3. Install the Front Support Bar onto the Side Support Bars using the Front
Support Bar End Caps. See Figure 2b. Attach (2) Front Support Bushings on
the Front Support Bar to align with the End Caps. See Figure 2a. Loosely thread
(2) 35mm fasteners into each end cap. See Figures 2a and 2b. Ensure that the
Front Support Bar has equal overlap at either end of the end cap. Using a 5mm
hex wrench, tighten the 35mm fasteners to 8 N-m (5.9 ft-lbf) to secure the Front
Support Bar in place.
