d) activities related to assembly and maintenance,
which, according to the operating instructions,
the user is obliged to perform on his own.
7.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
a) expiry of the warranty period,
b) repairs and modifications made by the customer
on their own using non-original parts,
c)
if the defect is due to improper installation or
failure to follow the rules of proper operation
described in the operating instructions (for
example, if the trampoline was placed on an
unsuitable surface),
d) use other than domestic use,
e) damage caused during transport.
8.
Duplicates of the warranty card will not be issued.
9.
Under the warranty, the customer has the right to
demand the following types of free compensation:
a) product repairs,
b) product replacement,
c)
price reduction,
d) termination of the contract and a full refund of
incurred costs.
10. If a dirty product is delivered, the service center may
refuse to accept it or, at the customer's expense and
with their written consent, clean it.
11. In the event of a positive consideration of a warranty
claim for equipment covered by the warranty, the
equipment will be repaired / replaced with a new one,
or the customer will be refunded. The costs of
transporting the goods to the customer are covered by
the manufacturer's service.
12. In the event of rejection of the warranty claim, the
customer will receive a detailed justification of the
decision made, and within 14 days from the moment
the decision is communicated, the equipment will be
returned to the customer at their expense.
