MONTAGGIO ALBERI DI TRASMISSIONE
A porta chiusa inserire gli alberi (la parte con la boccola scanalata) nei giunti del motoriduttore e l'altra estremità nei rinvii laterali (fig.6).
Ingrassare i bracci telescopici. Tagliare l'eccedenza degli alberi e saldarli ai bracci telescopici (fig 6) (è disponibile la versione di bracci con boccola da
avvitare).
INSTALLATION OF THE DRIVE SHAFTS
With the door closed, insert the end of the shafts with the splined bushing onto the gearmotor couplings and the other end into the side transmission supports
(fig.6).
Grease the telescopic arms. Cut off the excess from the shafts and weld them to the telescopic arms (fig.6) (arms are available in a version with screw bushing).

Bei geschlossenem Tor, die Wellen (den Teil mit der gerieften Buchse) in die Kupplung des Getriebemotors einsetzen und das andere Ende in die seitlichen
Vorgelege (Abb. 6). Fetten Sie die Teleskoparme ein. Die Überstände der Wellen abschneiden und an die Teleskoparme schweißen (Abb. 6) (es gibt die Arme
auch in der Sonderausführung mit anschraubbarer Buchse).

(fig.6). Graisser les bras télescopiques. Couper la partie en excès des arbres et les souder aux bras télescopiques (fig.6) (il existe en option des bras dotés de
bague à visser).

Con la puerta cerrada, introduzca los árboles (la parte con el casquillo acanalado) en las juntas del motorreductor y el otro extremo en las transmisiones
laterales (fig. 6). Lubricar los brazos telescópicos. Corte la parte sobrante de los árboles y solde éstos a los brazos telescópicos (fig. 6) (está disponible,
como accesorio opcional, la versión de brazos con casquillo de rosca).
MONTAGEM DOS EIXOS DE TRANSMISSÃO
Com a porta fechada, coloque os eixos (a parte com a bucha com ranhura) nas juntas do motorredutor e a outra extremidade nas transmissões laterais (fig.6).
Lubrificar nos braços telescópicos. Corte a parte excedente dos eixos e solde-os nos braços telescópicos (fig.6) (existe a versão de braços com bucha a
aparafusar - opcional).

Il procedimento è uguale a quello descritto con la differenza che le guide vanno fissate sui montanti laterali dell'anta.
É possibile usare i bracci completi di boccola scanalata.
Nella versione a due motori non è necessario eseguire il collegamento meccanico tra i due riduttori.
Collegare elettricamente in parallelo i motori alla stessa centrale, verificando che il senso di rotazione sia lo stesso.
É opportuno eseguire una prova a vuoto (senza alberi o bracci).
In caso di malfunzionamento o black out, scollegare l'alimentazione di rete e sbloccare ENTRAMBE le automazioni.
The procedure is the same as that described above, with the difference that the mounting plates are fixed onto the door posts.
Arms complete with optional splined bushing may be used.
In the two-motor version the two gearmotors need not be mechanically connected; connect them in parallel to the same control unit and check that the direction
of rotation is the same.
It is advisable to carry out a no-load test (without shafts or arms).
