Verificare che la porta abbia i requisiti necessari per essere automatizzata:
1. La struttura della porta deve essere robusta ed appropriata.
2. La porta deve essere ben bilanciata cioè non deve muoversi se lasciata ferma in una qualsiasi posizione.
3. Le carrucole e le cerniere devono essere in buono stato e ben ingrassate.
4. Il movimento manuale deve essere fluido e regolare per tutta la sua corsa e senza attriti.
ESEMPIO DI APPLICAZIONE STANDARD CON MOTORE IN CENTRO DELLA PORTA E BRACCI TELESCOPICI DRITTI
Misurare lo spazio utile tra il braccio della porta e il carter della porta (fig.1).
Se questa misura è superiore di 15 mm è possibile montare i bracci telescopici dritti standard.
Se è inferiore ai 15 mm montare i bracci telescopici curvi opzionali LT322-LT322/Q-LT323 (per il montaggio fare riferimento alle istruzioni specifiche).
Check that the door has the necessary requirements to be automated:
1. The door structure must be solid and suitable.
2. The door must be well balanced, ie it must not move if left in any position.
3. The pulleys or hinges must be in good condition and well greased.
4. Manual movement must be smooth and regular without sticking at any point.
EXAMPLE OF STANDARD APPLICATION WITH MOTOR IN THE CENTRE OF THE DOOR AND STRAIGHT TELESCOPIC ARMS
Measure the useful space between the door arm and the door surround (fig.1).
If this measurement exceeds 15 mm the standard straight telescopic arms may be mounted.
If it is less than 15 mm, mount the optional curved telescopic arms LT322-LT322/Q-LT323 (for installation, refer to the specific instructions).
Sicherstellen, dass die Tür die erforderlichen Voraussetzungen für eine Automatisierung erfüllt:
1. Die Türstruktur muß robust und geeignet.
2. Die Tür muß gut ausbalanciert sein, dh sie darf sich nicht bewegen, wenn sie in irgendeiner Position gelassen wird.
3. Die Laufrollen und Beschläge müssen in gutem Zustand und gut gefettet sein.
4. Die manuelle Bewegung des Tors läuft den gesamten Fahrweg über ungehindert leicht und regelmäßig.
