Adjustment of level of diffi culty
You can adjust the level of diffi culty of the Functional Trai-
ner as follows:
A Changing your body angle
If you form a more steep body angle, you will change
your body's centre of gravity. The steeper your body ang-
le, the more resistance there is for the exercise (see Fig.).
B Changing the starting position
If you choose a starting position outside the neutral line,
the exercises will become easier due to the pendulum
force of the Functional Trainer. The more you move the
starting position in your direction, the greater the resis-
tance of the exercise (see Fig.).
