C Height adjustments
1. The distance between the attachment point and the
ground should be approx. 2.10–2.75 m.
2. Adjust the length of the anchor strap so that the com-
pensating ring (3) is approx. 1.8 m above the ground.
3. When the Functional Trainer is completely extended, the
foot loops (8) should hang approx. 7 cm over the ground.
You can individually regulate the respective workout
lengths of the straps (FT long/medium/short) via the belt
clamps (6) and the length adjustment (5).

D Use with one loop or one grip
You can perform certain exercises with just one grip or just
one foot loop. These exercises are particularly suitable for
strengthening your torso as well as for effective one-sided
stretching exercises.
DANGER
Read and follow the instructions carefully before using
the Functional Trainer with just one loop or one grip. If
the Trainer is not set up correctly, you could slip away or
even fall down. Risk of accident!
