Airflow regulation using an air flap.
This is actuated by the servomotor Y10.
The position of the air flap is
determined by adjusting cams I - IV.
1 Index of cam settings

4 Graduated disk; gives the
position of the flap
5 Cap for the flap release of the
servomotor
6 Connections terminal
A Graduated sector (0° - 90°)
gives the servomotor position
B Connection between the flap
and the servomotor
C Index of positions of the flap.
Control of fuel air settings
The position of the flap may be read on
the graduated sector A.
If the burner is assembled in the
opposite sense, the position of the flap
may be read on the graduated sector 4.

Adjustment
· Pre-set cams manually or with the
delivered key, depending on the
desired burner power and the values
indicated in the settings table.
· If no difference in settings between
the ignition load and part-load is
necessary, adjust cam V and cam III
to the same value (to the right of the
image). Should a higher part-load
setting to the ignition load be
required, adjust cam V to a value
higher than cam III. After an initial
high setting for the burner, cam V
will begin to restrict the part-load (to
the left of the image).
