Assembly of the gas valve assembly

Installation of valve assembly
SKP70/MBVEF
· Check the correct position of the
O-ring B in the gas connecting
flange C.
· Attach the gas valve assembly with
M10 nuts, to ensure that the SKP
controller or the magnetic coils from
MBVEF are imperatively placed
perpendicular to the gas valve
assembly.
· Assembly the pressure pipes
supplied and marked pF, pL and pG
for gas connections to the left or
right.
Connection of pressure tubes
· Remove the two pF and pL caps on
the intermediate tube.
· Seal both connection tubes linked
with an appropriate product,
assemble the two tubes to the pF
and pL pressure tubes.
· Establish links between the valve
and the intermediate tube for a gas
valve assembly located to the right
with the pF and pL pipes, or, for a
gas valve assembly located to the
left, with the pF and pL pipes
marked "left".
· Subsequently check tightness.
Assembly of the leak controller VPS
504 S01 on MBVEF/VGD40:
· Remove the two pa and pe screws
on the MBVEF valve, screws 1 and
2 on the VGD4 0 valve.
· Ensure the presence of two O'Ring
seals on the leak controller.
· Attach the VPS504 with the four
self-tapping screws provided.
· Establish the electrical connection
using the 7p plug.
· Check tightness.
Assembly of the leak controller VPS
504 S01 on VGD20:
· Remove screws 3 and 4.
· Tighten the nipples.
· Install the connection adapter and
the pipework.
· Attach the VPS504 and the
connection adapter with the four
self-tapping screws provided.
· Ensure the presence of two O'Ring
seals on the leak controller.
· Establish the electrical connection
using the 7p plug.
· Check tightness.

· For SKP70, assemble the back-up
solenoid valve provided (kit) with the
coil towards the top, the gas filter
(kit) horizontally, and with the lid up
(2 connectors).
· Pay attention to the direction of flow.
· Assemble a thermally-triggered valve
and a ball valve (installation side)
upstream from the gas valve
assembly.
