The Akrapovic "Evolution Line" complete system may only be installed and operated in combination with this
assembly kit, the SAS disassembly kit and the Akrapovic EFI mapping (61741033131).
The mapping must be installed by an authorized KTM workshop before first operation.

Preliminary work
–
Remove the passenger seat (see Owner's Manual/repair
manual).

Remove the front rider's seat (see Owner's Manual/repair
manual).

Remove the spoiler (see repair manual).

Remove the fuel tank (see repair manual).
Assembly
–
This tuning kit has not be homologated and is not, therefore,
approved for use on the public road. The customer should
check with the respective national approving authorities to
verify, if necessary, whether or not individual type approval
and/or total homologation of the respective vehicle with the
installed tuning kit is guaranteed for the planned country of
usage.

Disconnect connector

Pull off air release hose
–
Remove spring band clamp
Spring band clamps plier (60029057100)
–
Pull off the SAS hose.
and expose the cable.
