Note - Input
Holddown the A button (3)or the V button (2)to select

• Press the MODEbutton (4) repeatedly to switch betweenthe

5.1 Automatic date/time setting using the DCFsignal
• Onceyou haveinsertedthe batteries,the displayisswitched
on, an acousticsignalsoundsandthe alarmclock automatically
starts searchin g fora DCF radiosignalDuring thesearch, the
radio iconwill flash Thisprocess can take 3to S minutes
When thewireless s ignal i s received, thedateandtimeare
automaticallyset
Note - Time settings
• If,during initialsetup of thedevice, noDCF radio signal i s
receivedwithin the first few minutes,the searchisaborted
Theradio icon(6) will go out.
• Iftherearereception p roblems, werecommend leaving
the clock to sit overnight,sinceinterferenceis generally
lessat night
In the meantime, y ou can start a manualsearchfor the DCF
radio signalat another locationor you can manuallysetthe
time and date
