Step 4) Install the raker to the machine and insert raker pin into the hole of the raker as well as R
pin into the raker pin.
Step 5) Fill approximately 1 L gear oil into the gearbox from the inlet cap.
NOTE: Gearbox are shipped without gear oil. Gear oil must be filled before the first operation!
Type of gear oil: 80W-90 gear lube.
Remove the inlet cap on the top of the gearbox.
Fill approximately 1 L of gear oil into the gearbox from the inlet cap.
Check oil level by removing the level plug on the left side of the input shaft of the gearbox.
Oil should be level with bottom of the level plug hole. Add oil if necessary until it flows.
Note: The gearbox is shown without the protective shield, which must be removed to access the
plugs.
