Troubleshooting

SOLUTION
1. Assembly parts again after
clean the connecting part
between material nozzle and
nozzle seat. Or change these
two parts when they are
damaged.
2. Assembly parts again after
do the cleaning works or change
new ones when they are
damaged.
3. Rocking the needle sealing
nut.
4. Assembly and locking the
relative parts again after do the
cleaning works.
Using brush to clean the eye
winker from the horn holes
completely. But it is not allowed
to clean by some metal cleaning
device.
1. Clean the solids and change
relative parts if some of them are
damaged.
2. Assembly the parts again
after cleaning the join between
material nozzle and nozzle set.
