10.8 Switching off the alarm clock/using the snooze function

The alarm stops automatically after 2 minutes if no button is pressed.
To switch off the alarm clock or activate the snooze function, proceed as follows.
1. Switching off the alarm clock: Press any button other than the SNOOZE • LIGHT
touch surface (2) on the top of the weather station.
This alarm clock is now muted and will ring again the next day at the set time.
2. Switching on the snooze function: Tap the SNOOZE • LIGHT touch surface (2)
on the top of the weather station.
The alarm clock is now muted and will ring again after the preset snooze
time.

3. Switching off the snooze function: Press any button other than the
SNOOZE • LIGHT touch surface (2) on the top of the weather station.

10.9 Switching the backlight on/off

If the weather station is connected to the adapter (11), the backlight stays
on at the preset level.
If the weather station is on battery operation, the backlight switches off
after 8 seconds of inactivity.
Tap the SNOOZE • LIGHT touch surface (2) on the top of the weather station one or
multiple times to control the backlight:
