EASY CONTROL
CONTROL PANEL

The contro! panel hinges forwards and waits
to be taken out.
SECURITY
So that the "car radio" stays where it is:
Security light display,
memory position button 3, flashes.
Code sticker on the car windows.
Coding "activated".
Operating element taken out.
... you can't do more!
CASSETTE COMPARTMENT, DISPLAY, NUMERIC BUTTONS
The display provides ail important operating information during radio, cassette, and
CD operation.
In the EXPERT operating level the settings are indicated.
The numeric buttons are required to store and call up programmes, to search stations with
PTY identification, and to activate and deactivate the theft protection.
PROGRAMME SOURCES
If you have inserted CDs and a cassette, you
can select the programme sources directly.
If, for example, you are listening to a casset-
te and switch to CD or radio, the cassette
component switches to standby. When you
switch back to cassette, it continues at the
position where it was interrupted.
MULTI-FUNCTION BUTTONS
After you have selected a programme source
you can operate various functions using the
multi-function buttons.
Only the button symbols which you require
for the selected programme source or func-
tion are illuminated.
The other buttons have no function.
