11. Guarantee conditions
1. The guarantee will be valid only if the proof of purchase (invoice or sales
receipt), without cancellation, is submitted to the distributor or to
NUM'AXES Group. The guarantee is limited to the original purchaser.
2. This guarantee does not cover the following:

Reference NGPIEPHO093: changing the mounting strap and USB
cable
−
References NGPIEPHO094 and NGPIEPHO118: changing the
mounting strap, USB cable, batteries and memory card
−
direct or indirect risks incurred when sending the article back to the
distributor or to NUM'AXES Group
−
damage to the product caused by: negligence or incorrect use, use
contrary to the instructions or not envisioned therein, repairs
performed by unauthorized persons
−
loss or theft
3. If the product is found to be defective, NUM'AXES Group will either decide
to repair or to replace it.
4. No claim may be advanced against NUM'AXES Group, particularly in relation
to incorrect use or breakdown.
5. NUM'AXES Group reserves the right to modify the characteristics of its
products with a view to making technical improvements or to comply with
new regulations.
