The purpose of the operating instructions is to make it easier for you to get to know the Level
Table electric and to use it for its intended purpose.
The operating instructions contain important information for safe and proper operation of the
Level Table electric. Observing these instructions helps to reduce hazards and repair costs and to
increase reliability and service life.
Existing national regulations on accident prevention and environmental protection also apply.
The operator should ensure that any person operating the Level Table reads and applies these
operating instructions.
The operating instructions must be kept in a known and easily accessible place and consulted
even in the event of the slightest doubt.
2 Safet y Ins truc tions
Read these operating instructions carefully in order to acquire a thorough knowledge of the Level
System Table electric and its operation.
To avoid injury and damage to the table, operate the table in the correct manner in accordance
with these instructions.
Keep the operating instructions readily to hand and consult them if you have any doubts about
carrying out any procedure.
The operating instructions, as well as spare parts lists and documentation from sub-suppliers, are
a separate part of the overall documentation. The complete documentation must be made available
to the operating, cleaning and maintenance personnel.
3 Transpor t
3.1 Transport
Warning of crushing hazard!
When shipping the table, it must be lifted and transported. The table may tip over
and fall as a result of improper lifting or transportation.
At least two people are required to lift the table.
Wear safety shoes when transporting the table!
Transport using industrial trucks:
If a hand pallet truck or forklift truck is used for loading or unloading, it must be suitable for the
loads and in perfect working order. The centre of gravity of the transported goods must always be
observed!
During transport, the load must be evenly distributed and the components properly secured.
Avoid jerky movements.
