The tool has a memory function.
The display (8) shows the last set
temperature and air volume and
saves them automatically after 2
seconds (display flashes).

Programme mode (P)

Besides normal operation, the tool
also has a programme mode.
Procedure (Fig. D)
1. Briefly press the button
on the control panel (9) for pro-
gramme mode.
2. Pressing button
takes you to the individual pro-
grammes (P1, P2, P3, P4).
You can set and save these indi-
vidually.
3. Press button
turn to normal operation.
Notes
• The setting made is automatically
saved after 2 seconds (display (8)
flashes).

Used batteries

• If the operating time is consider-
ably shortened despite charging,
this shows that the rechargeable
battery is depleted and must be
replaced. Only use an original re-
placement battery of the series
X 20 V TEAM, which can be
purchased from the online shop
(see Spare parts and accessories,
p. 33).

PARKSIDE app

The PARKSIDE app lets you monitor
the device and control certain func-
tions. The functions may change with
updates to the app and firmware. For
more information on the PARKSIDE
app, see the instructions for the smart
battery.
Requirements
To find the device in the PARKSIDE
app, the following requirements must
be met:
• The PARKSIDE app is installed on
your smartphone and Bluetooth®
is activated.
• The device contains the following
battery: PARKSIDE Performance
Smart battery Smart PAPS 204 A1/
Smart PAPS 208 A1/
Smart PAPS 2012 A1. This battery
is already connected to the
PARKSIDE app.
The device communicates with the
app via the battery.
Connecting the device to the
PARKSIDE app
1. Insert the smart battery (10).
2. Press the on/off switch (6).
The "Connected" indicator (4)
flashes three times. When the
device is connected, the "Connec-
ted" indicator lights up continu-
ously.
3. Open the PARKSIDE app.

The device is displayed in the list.
If the device does not appear in
the list, add the device manually.
