Safety Instructions (Must Read)
Before operating the equipment, you are required to read and familiarize yourself with all safety protocols and procedures. Users
must strictly adhere to all safety precautions and ensure that the equipment is properly assembled and in normal working
condition.
Never use the device
without supervision.
A
Basic Safety
Please follow these operating principles:
1.Minors, especially children under 14, are not allowed to use the equipment alone. If use is necessary, it must be done under the
supervision of an adult.
2.Do not alter the machine's structure, modify its operation system, or attempt to decompile the device's operating system.
3.Before each use, inspect the equipment for damage. Do not operate damaged or defective equipment.
4.Ensure good ventilation in the workspace. When engraving certain materials, use specialized filters for smoke emission.
5.Keep the workbench clean and tidy. It is recommended to use o icial engraving platform accessories or place a fireproof mat
beneath the device.
6.When the device is connected to power, do not open any maintenance panels on the body to avoid unnecessary risks of acci-
dental power contact.
7.Do not touch electronic components with hands or tools when the device is connected to power.
8.equipment working environment temperature of 0 ° C ~ 30 ° C, is strictly prohibited in sub-zero temperature operation.
9.Photosensitive epilepsy patients are prohibited from using or approaching the laser engraving machine.
10.Maintain machine stability during operation.
B
Laser Safety
Follow these safety guidelines:
1.Do not touch the laser beam with hands or other objects during equipment operation, as it may cause severe bodily injury or
laser beam reflection.
2.Do not touch the heatsink immediately a er the device stops working; you may get burned.
3.When the device is in operation, both the operator and individuals near the equipment must wear laser protective goggles. Do
not operate the device without proper eye protection to prevent eye injury. Goggle requirements: Wavelength 400-445nm (±5nm),
outer diameter +5, minimum rating L5.
4.Do not engrave or cut materials containing PVC or vinyl (plastic processing is not recommended). These materials (and other
chlorine/chloride-containing materials) can produce corrosive vapors harmful to humans and damaging to the machine. Any
damage caused by engraving or cutting materials containing PVC or vinyl is not covered by the company's warranty.
5.Do not engrave or cut any unknown materials. Vaporization/melting of many materials, including but not limited to PVC and
polycarbonate, releases harmful fumes.
C
Fire Safety
Please carefully read the following warnings and recommendations:
1.Do not use the equipment without supervision. There is a risk of fire if the machine starts working due to incorrect settings and
remains unattended for a long time, or if there is a mechanical or electrical failure during operation.
2.Timely clean debris and residues on the workbench. Accumulated residues and debris from cutting and engraving are danger-
ous and may cause a fire.
3.Do not store flammable materials, explosives, volatile solvents, or materials that may cause flame spread around the equip-
ment.
4.Place fire extinguishers in the surrounding area of the equipment. Regularly maintain and inspect fire extinguishers.
Laser protective
goggles must be worn
during operation.
