reset the MMSI.
To program your ship-specific data connect the easyTRX2 device with your
PC by means of the USB cable. In addition ensure 12VDC power supply.
Initially select the COM port the easyTRX2 device is connected to and click
on „connect".
The NMEA port of the Class B Transponder is preset to 38400 baud by
default. You can change the baud rate with the RS422 (NMEA0183)
software if you have a chart plotter whose NMEA input allows only 4800
baud.
Another option is the output of GPS information. The devices of the
esasyTRX2 product line can output the GPS data of the integrated receiver
via NMEA or USB port. This is useful if your chart plotter does not have its
own GPS. A minimum output of GPS data (RMC, GGA) is set as a standard
feature by default. It is possible to dismiss the output entirely or to set it
to maximum information (RMC, GGA, GSV, VTG, GLL and GSA).

19.2. Diagnostics

If you select the tab „Diagnostics" you will get lots of information concerning
the status quo of the easyTRX2 device.
