Unpacking
• Open the packaging and carefully remove the de-
vice.
• Remove the packaging material, as well as the
packaging and transport safety devices (if present).
• Check whether the scope of delivery is complete.
• Check the device and accessory parts for trans-
port damage.
• If possible, keep the packaging until the expiry of
the warranty period.
m ATTENTION!
The device and the packaging are not children's
toys! Do not let children play with plastic bags,
films or small parts! There is a danger of choking
or suffocating!
8. Before commissioning
• The machine must be securely installed, i.e. bolted
down on a workbench, machine stand or similar. Use
the holes on the inner side of the frame legs for this.
• Prior to commissioning, all covers and safety devic-
es must be mounted correctly.
• The saw blade must be able to run freely.
• In case of previously machined wood, be aware of
any foreign bodies, such as nails or screws, etc.
• Before pressing the on/off switch, make sure that the
saw blade is correctly fitted, and that moving parts
run smoothly.
• Before connecting the machine, make certain that
the data on the type plate matches with the mains
power data.
• Only connect the machine to a correctly installed
protective contact socket, with fuse protection of at
least 16A.

Place all supplied parts on a flat surface. Group iden-
tical parts.
Note: If connections are secured with a screw (round
head/or hexagon), hexagonal nuts and washer, the
washer must be placed under the nut.
Insert screws from the outside to the inside and secure
connections with nuts from the inside.
Note: During assembly, tighten the nuts and bolts only
to the extent that they cannot fall off.
If you tighten the nuts and screws fully before final as-
sembly, the final assembly cannot be carried out.

Fitting the table width extension (Fig. 5)
1.
Turn the saw over and place it on the floor with the
table facing downwards.
2.
Align the table width extension (8) level with the
saw table (1).
3.
Loosely attach the table width extension (8) to the
saw table (1) using the hexagonal bolts (19) and
the cross strut (21c). Repeat the process on the
opposite side.
4.
Screw the support struts (21a, 21b) to the table ex-
tensions (8) using the hexagonal bolts (19) and the
cross member (21c).
5.
Then tighten all screws.
9.2
Fitting the frame (Fig. 5 - 7.1)
1.
Screw the four legs (16) together with the support
struts (21a, 21b) to the saw using the hexagonal
bolts (19) (Fig. 6). Use the supplied saw blade key
(22a) for this. (Fig. 6).
2.
Now plug the rubber feet (16a) onto the legs (16)
(Fig. 6.1).
3.
Now screw the long centre strut (17) and the short
centre strut (18) to the legs (16) using the hexago-
nal bolts (19) and hexagonal nuts (20).
Make sure that the same struts are opposite
each other. The long centre struts (17 - marked
"B") must be fitted parallel to the operator's
side of the saw. (Fig. 7).
