1. Open drill chuck: Turn the keyless
chuck (1) in the RELEASE direction.
2. Push the attachment tool as far as pos-
sible into the drill chuck opening (11).
Clamp attachment tool: Turn the key-
less chuck (1) in the GRIP direction.

Notes
• If warm, allow the battery to cool be-
fore charging.
• Do not expose the battery to direct sun-
light for long periods and do not place
it on a radiator (max. 50°C).
Charging the battery
1. Remove the battery (5) from the
device.
2. Push the battery (5) into the charging
slot of the battery charger (16).
3. Connect the battery charger (16) to a
power outlet.
4. After charging, disconnect the battery
charger (16) from the mains.
5. Pull the battery (5) out of the battery
charger (16).
When the device
is on, the battery
status indicator (9)
displays the battery
charge level.
