• Remove the brush (see page 37) and check it for foreign objects such as metal
parts, screws, wood splinters, stones, etc. and remove these so that they cannot
cause any damage to the floor coverings. Regularly check the wear of the brush
bristles. If they are too worn, this can cause damage to the floor covering.
• Empty and rinse the freshwater tank regularly (see p. 36). Long standing fresh
water with detergent can lead to clumping and develop unpleasant odors. To do
this, remove the screw cap on the underside. To prevent a vacuum in the tank and
to allow the water to run out quickly, the cap on the filler neck should also be
opened.
With daily use, check the freshwater filter under the sight glass (21, fig. 22) once a
week for dirt and clean it if necessary. To do this, unscrew the sight glass and
remove the filter.
• For daily use, the filter bag of the float (5, Fig. 23) must be checked for dirt and
cleaned after each use. When attaching the float, make sure that it is pointing
straight ahead and is not in the dirty water jet.
• In case of repair, please contact your specialist dealer or one of the authorized
service workshops. You will be served quickly and professionally.
