To avoid impermissible overheating of the motor, the
motor should be driven for only 30% of the operating
time with the stipulated nominal power and must then
continue to run with no load for the remaining 70% of
the operating time.

7. Unpacking
Open the packaging and carefully remove the de-
vice. Remove the packaging material, packaging and
transport safety devices (if applicable). Check that
the delivery is complete. Check the device and ac-
cessory parts for transport damage. In the event of
complaints the carrier must be informed immediately.
Later claims will not be recognised.
If possible, keep the packaging until the end of the
warranty period.
Familiarise yourself with the product by means of the
operating instructions before using for the first time.
With accessories as well as wearing parts and re-
placement parts use only original parts. Replacement
parts can be obtained from your dealer.
When ordering please provide our article number as
well as type and year of manufacture for your equip-
ment.

8. Assembly / Before commissioning
m ATTENTION!
Always make sure the device is fully assembled
before commissioning!
Installing wheels (enclosed accessories bag (A)

Install splint on both sides, washer, wheel (12), wash-
er, splint on the supporting stand rear with wheel axle
(11). Bend the splints slightly after installation.
Installing the front supporting stand with frame
(enclosed accessories bag (B) Fig. 5
Insert the supporting leg into the frame and secure it
with two M8x70 hexagon bolts. Insert the spring into
the designated fixture. From below, insert the actu-
ating rod through the spring and connect it to the ex-
tension rod.
Installing the frame with the wheel supports (en-
closed accessories bag (C) Fig. 6
Install frame and wheel supports fully with 2 M8x70
hexagon bolts, 2 8 mm washers, 2 lockwashers and
2 M8 nuts. Tighten the screws.
Installing the lower section of drum with frame
(enclosed accessories bag (D) Fig. 7
Set the lower section of the drum (g) with bearing
bracket (f) on the pre-installed framework, tighten
with 2 M8x65 hexagon bolts, 2 washers, 2 lockwash-
ers and 2 M8 nuts.
Secure with a Ø 42 spiral ring.
Secure the opposite side with a locking plate and two
M8x20 hexagon bolts.

Lock mixer (i) with 2 M10x20 cross-head screws to
the lower section of the drum with 2 washers, 2 lock-
washers and 2 M10 nuts. Insert one rubber washer
each between mixer and drum.
Installing upper section of drum (enclosed ac-
cessories bag (F) Fig. 9
Place rubber ring on the lower section. Place the up-
per section of drum on it.
Caution! The pasted arrows mark the exact di-
rection of the upper or lower section of the
drum. Align the upper section of the drum and
install it on the lower section with 6 M8x16
cross-head screws with washers and tighten.
