Kits CPA472D Dichtungen
4. Schrauben Sie die Elektrode heraus.
5. Ziehen Sie den Rastbolzen heraus und
drehen Sie ihn um 90°.
6. Ziehen Sie den Elektrodenhalter nach unten
aus dem Armaturenkörper heraus.
7. Lösen Sie die vier Befestigungsschrauben des
Zylinderkopfes und nehmen Sie den
Zylinderkopf ab.
8. Versehen Sie die neuen Dichtungen mit einem
dünnen Fettfilm (z.B. Syntheso Glep1).
Dichtungen für Flanschausführung siehe
Bilder 6 und 7.
Dichtungen für Gewindeausführung siehe
Bilder 8 and 9.
9. Tauschen Sie nun die nachfolgend gezeigten
O-Ringe aus.
Bauen Sie die Armatur wieder zusammen

3. Unscrew the electrode.
4. Release the stop lock bolt and turn it by 90°.
5. Pull the electrode holder out of the bottom
side of the assembly body.
6. Loosen the four bolts of the cylinder head
and remove the cylinder head.
7. Apply a thin layer of grease to the new seals
(e.g. Syntheso Glep1).
Seals for assemblies with thread G1 ¼" see
figures 6 and 7.
Seals for assemblies with flange see figures
8 and 9.
8. Replace the seals as shown in the following.
9. Re-assemble the assembly.
