3. Dichtungstausch
Die Armatur muss zum Dichtungstausch kom-
plett aus dem Prozess ausgebaut werden.
Unterbrechen Sie den Prozess und beachten Sie
die Hinweise in den Kapiteln 1.3, 1.4 und 1.5!
Reinigen Sie die Armatur bevor Sie die Dichtun-
gen austauschen.
Das Hubrohr dient als Dichtfläche und darf nicht
beschädigt werden (Kratzer usw.).
• Unterbrechen Sie den Prozess. Achten Sie
auf Mediumreste, Restdruck sowie erhöhte
Temperaturen.
• Bringen Sie die Armatur in die Servicepositi-
on und sichern Sie diese Position mit dem
Rastbolzen.
• Bauen Sie den Sensor aus.
• Entfernen Sie die Armatur komplett vom
Prozessanschluss. Reinigen Sie die Armatur.
• Zerlegen Sie die Armatur:
1. Ziehen Sie die aufgesteckte Dichtleiste
ab. Benutzen Sie einen Schraubendreher
um die Dichtleiste zu lockern, siehe Bild 4
links.
2. Lösen Sie die vier Befestigungsschrauben
(siehe Bild 4 rechts) und nehmen Sie den

Flansch und die Spülkammer ab,
3. Nur bei Ausführungen mit Gel-Sensoren:
Schrauben Sie das Hubrohr ab (entgegen
dem Uhrzeigersinn).


3. Exchange of seals
To replace the seals of the assembly you have
to interrupt the process and to remove the
assembly completely. Follow the instruction in
chapters 1.3, 1.4 and 1.5!
Clean the assembly before replacing the seals.
The retractable pipe is used as seal face. Do not
scratch the surface.
• Interrupt the process. Beware of medium
residues, residual pressure and higher
• temperatures
• Move the assembly to the "Service" position.
Secure this position by the stop lock bolt
• Dismount the sensor.
• Dismount the assembly from the process
connection and clean the assembly.
• Dismantling of the assembly:
1. Remove the clip-on raising face


see figure 4 left hand.
2. Loosen the four screws
