Use and maintenance warnings
It is strictly forbidden to activate the control unit when maintenance operations are being
carried out
It is strictly forbidden to wash the control unit with direct water jets
It is strictly forbidden to leave the start-up key inserted in the control unit when the
tarpaulin is not being used
It is strictly forbidden to leave the emergency mushroom-shaped button in a "button
released" position on the control unit when the tarpaulin is not being used
Opening or tampering with the control unit structure in any way is absolutely prohibited;
any tampering will immediately invalidate the warranty.
After using the COVER-UNCOVER selector, It is absolutely mandatory to close the door
that protects the control unit control panel
Troubleshooting
Problem
Operating the switch, the tarpaulin is not
controlled and the red warning light does
not switch on.

Emergency button pressed.
80 Amp. fuse Interrupted (burnt).
Interrupted power supply.
Inverted connection of the cables on
the motor.
Electric contacts out of place or
disconnected motor.
High mechanical friction or physical
obstacles prevent its smooth
operation.

CONTROL UNIT
Solution
Emergency button release
Check and replace the interrupted (burnt)
fuse located on the side of the control
unit.
Check the entire wiring system, make
sure there are no interruptions or
disconnected cables.
Invert the connection of the motor cables.
Check the position of the electric
contacts between the chassis and the
container and the motor connection.
Verify the smoothness of the tarpaulin
and remove any obstacles to its
movement (protruding loads, deformed
container upper profiles, worn and/or
ruined steel cables).
