14. Troubleshooting
Problem
Engine does not run.
The engine starts slowly
and does not reach the
operating speed.
Engine producing excessive
noise.
Engine does not reach full
power.
Motor overheats easily.
Possible cause
Engine, cable or connector
defective, fuses burnt.
Voltage too low, coils damaged,
capacitor burnt.
Coils damaged, motor defective.
Circuits in the network are
overloaded (lamps, other engines,
etc.)
Overloading of the engine,
insufficient cooling of the engine.

Remedy
Have the machine checked by a specialist.
Never repair the engine yourself. Attention!
Check the fuses and replace them if
necessary.
Have the power supply company check
the voltage. Have the engine checked by a
specialist. Have the capacitor replaced by a
specialist.
Have the engine checked by a specialist.
Do not use any other devices or engines on
the same circuit.
Avoid overloading the engine during grinding
and remove dust from the engine to ensure
optimum engine cooling.
