Unpacking
Open the packaging and remove the device carefully.
Remove the packaging material as well as the packag-
ing and transport bracing (if available)
Check that the delivery is complete.
Check the device and its spare parts for possible dam-
age caused by transportation. In the event of com-
plaints, you must contact the distributor without delay.
Claims at a later stage will not be accepted.
If possible, store the packaging until the warranty pe-
riod has expired
Before handling the device, make yourself familiar with
it by reading the operating instructions.
For accessories, consumables and spare parts, only
use original parts. Spare parts are available from your
stockist.
Include our item number, the device model and year of
manufacture in your order.

bags, film and small parts! There is a risk of swal-

Ensure that the safety bolts (5) are inserted in the

Knock the clamping sleeve (6) into the axle (4) us-

Place the drawbar (2) into the pump and slide the

axle (4) through the drawbar (2) ensuring that the

chain (7) is hanging out behind the drawbar. (fig. F)

Insert the chain (7) through the hole in the axle
(4). (fig. G)

Knock the second clamping sleeve (6) on the other
side into the axle (4) using a hammer. (fig. F) The
clamping sleeve (6) must protrude from both sides
of the axle (4). (fig. E)

Push the drawbar (2) downwards and carefully pull
out the safety bolts (5). (fig. I)
7.
Push the lever (A) down and push the guide pin
of the chain (7) through the lever (A) guide. (fig. J)
8.
Secure the guide pin by tightening the nut (B).
9.
Start up
Ensure that the machine is installed completely and
properly. Before each use, always check:
• The machine for possible damage,
• Whether all screws are tightened,
• The hydraulic oil for leaks
• The oil level
• Visibility of all labels
9.1 Lever positions (fig. K)
The operating lever (1) installed in the drawbar has 3
positions:
• To lower the fork, lift the operating lever (1) up (pos.
"down"). As soon as it is released, it springs back
into the neutral position.
• The fork position "neutral" is used if the pallet truck
is moved. In this position, the drawbar can move up
and down without the fork moving.
• To lift the fork, push the operating lever (1) down
(pos. "up"). The fork (3) is lifted by the up and down
movement of the drawbar (2).
