CARICABATTERIE A BORDO (OPTIONAL)
ON BOARD BATTERY CHARGER (OPTIONAL)

ATTENZIONE!
LEGGERE IL LIBRETTO ISTRUZIONI FORNITO CON IL CARICABATTERIE.
La macchina è predisposta per l'installazione del caricabatterie a bordo 1
per impianti alimentati da due batterie da 12V o quattro da 6V.
Il caricabatterie è predisposto sia per la ricarica delle batterie al piombo
acido (standard) o per batterie al gel (optional).
Se sulla macchina è installato un caricabatterie e le batterie sono al
"PIOMBO ACIDO" e si vogliono montare delle batterie al "GEL" è necessa-
rio sostituire la spia della batteria 2 per batterie al PIOMBO con una spia
per batterie al GEL e confi gurare i dipswitch 3 posti sul caricabatterie. Ve-
dere "Tabella confi gurazione dipswitch per caricabatterie 24V 25A.
Eseguire in maniera inversa la stessa operazione se sulla la macchina vi
sono installate le batterie al GEL.

NON INTERVENIRE SUI DIPSWITCH SE NON SI VUOLE SOSTITUIRE IL
TIPO DI BATTERIA
La macchina non deve essere mai utilizzata fi no al completo esaurimento
delle batterie. I led presenti sulla spia 2 indicano con colori diversi l'ef-
fi cienza delle batterie. Mano a mano che le batterie si scaricano, la luce
passa da verde a gialla a rossa.
Luce VERDE = batterie CARICHE
Luce GIALLA = batterie SEMI-SCARICHE
Luce ROSSA = batterie SCARICHE
Ricarica delle Batterie al Piombo Acido, al Gel o Agm
Per ricaricare le batterie, collegare il cavo 4 sulla presa 5 del caricabatteria
e la spina dello stesso cavo alla presa di corrente a 220V.
All'accensione del caricabatterie i tre led 6 si accendono, sucessivamente
lampeggia il led verde ad indicare la curva di carica del tipo di batterìa, al
Piombo, Gel o Agm (vedi tabella fi g.26B).
Durante la fase di ricarica della batteria i led 6 passeranno da "Rosso" (bat-
teria scarica) a "Giallo" (semi-carica), infi ne a "Verde" quando la batteria è
completamente carica. Quando le batterie sono state ricaricate, rimuove-
re dalla presa di corrente a 220 V e dalla presa 5 il cavo 4 e riporlo nell'ap-
posita sede (come mostrato in foto).

ATTENZIONE!
DURANTE LA CARICA DELLE BATTERIE AL "PIOMBO ACIDO, GEL O
AGM" TENERE APERTO IL COFANO.

ATTENZIONE!
PER RAGIONI DI SICUREZZA DURANTE LA CARICA DELLA BATTERIA
VIENE DISABILITATO IL FUZIONAMENTO DELLA MACCHINA.

CAUTION!
READ CAREFULLY THE INSTRUCTIONS HANDBOOK SUPPLIED WITH
THE BATTERY CHARGER.
The machine is designed for the installation of an on-board battery char-
ger for systems powered by two 12V batteries or four 6V batteries.
The battery charger is designed to charge lead-acid (standard) or gel bat-
teries (optional).
In the event, a battery charger is installed on the machine with lead-acid
batteries and you want to install gel batteries, the battery indicator light
2 for lead batteries, must be replaced with indicator light for gel batteries
and the dipswitches 3 located on the battery charger must be confi gured.
See the "Dipswitch confi guration table for "battery charger 24V 25A.
Proceed in reverse order in the event gel batteries are installed on the
machine.

CAUTION!
DO NOT INTERVENE ON THE DIPSWITCHES IF THE BATTERIES ARE
NOT TO BE REPLACED.
The machine must not be used until the batteries run out.
The LEDs of indicator light 2 show the battery effi ciency. As the batteries
run out, the LEDs switch from green to yellow to red.
Green light = batteries charged.
Yellow Light = batteries semi-charged.
Red Light = batteries discharged.
Recharging Lead-Acid, Gel or Agm batteries.
To recharge the batteries, connect the cable 4 on the charger socket 5
and the plug for the same cable on the 220V socket.
When the charger 1 is switched on, the three LEDs 6 light up, then the
green LED fl ashes to indicate the charging curve of the relevant battery,
Lead, Gel or Agm (see the dipswtich confi guration table fi g.26B).
While the battery charging, LEDs 6 will switch from "Red" (battery dischar-
ged) to "Yellow" (battery semi-charged) and, fi nally, to "Green" (battery
charged). When the batteries are charged, remove the cable 4 from bat-
tery charger socket 5 and from the 220V socket and place it in its housing
(as shown in the picture).

CAUTION!
KEEP THE HOOD OPEN WHILE CHARGING "LEAD-ACID, GEL OR AGM"
BATTERIES.

CAUTION!
FOR SAFETY REASONS, MACHINE OPERATION IS DISABLED WHILE
BATTERIES ARE BEING CHARGED.
