4) Attach the light socket to the light plug as instructed.
5) Use a kettle to fill the water supply tube until it reaches the indicated water level. Be careful not to
overfill, as water overflow can lead to electric shock. If water spills, dry it immediately.
6) Plug the power cord into the electrical socket.
2. Steaming the Chinese-style steam buns with stuffing:
1) Switch on the power and adjust the thermostat. The heating indicator will light up as the device begins
to heat. Ensure the door is securely closed.
2) Place the Chinese-style steam buns with stuffing onto a clean bracket. Each bracket can hold up to 9
buns. When arranging the buns, ensure they are spaced out, without stacking or sticking together.
3) The heating time will take approximately 20 to 30 minutes, during which the temperature will rise to
around 70°C. Securely install the bracket into the cabinet's rail system.
4) Once the set temperature is reached, the heating indicator will turn off, and the cabinet will maintain a
constant temperature.
5) Before fully opening the door, open it about 5 cm to release steam. Pull the bracket out about two-
thirds of the way, then remove the buns. Once finished, push the bracket back into the cabinet.
3. Adding more Chinese-style steam buns with stuffing:
1) Carefully take out the bracket from the steam cabinet using a cloth or towel to avoid burns.
2) Rinse the bracket thoroughly with water to ensure it's clean before placing more buns.
3) Place the Chinese-style steam buns onto the cleaned bracket. Ensure the bracket is positioned upright.
When steaming, avoid stacking the buns or allowing them to touch the edges of the bracket. Place the
fresh buns on the top brackets of the steam cabinet. When removing the buns, always take out the
well-cooked ones first.

4. Adding water:

Ensure the water level does not exceed the maximum limit when filling, but it must be higher than the
minimum level to allow proper heating. During operation, if the water level falls below the minimum, the
device will stop heating until the water is refilled in the water tube.

• The device is equipped with a grounding bolt at the back. It must be securely
connected with a wire of at least 1.5mm².
• Place the device on a flat, stable surface to avoid tipping, which could cause damage,
fire, or water spillage. Keep the sides at least 10 cm away from non-combustible
materials (e.g., brick walls or windows) and the rear at least 20 cm away.
• According to wiring regulations, the fixed wiring for the appliance must be equipped
with an all-pole disconnect switch (leakage switch) with at least a 3mm contact opening
distance for each pole. It's recommended to install a grounded leakage protection
switch. Do not store items in front of the switch to ensure convenient operation.
