• Switch the device off if it is not in use.
• Wear personal protective equipment and always
safety goggles. Wearing personal protective equip-
ment, such as dust masks, anti-slip safety shoes,
safety helmet or hearing protection, depending on
the type and use of the compressed air tool, reduc-
es the risk of injuries.
• Protect the hoses from kinks, constrictions, solvents
and sharp edges. Keep the hoses away from heat,
oil and rotating parts.
• Replace damaged hoses immediately. A damaged
supply line can lead to a compressed air hose whip-
ping around and can cause injuries.
• Do not use the device while tired or under the in-
fluence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment
of carelessness when using the device can result
in serious injuries.
• Do not breathe in the exhaust air directly. Avoid get-
ting the exhaust air in your eyes. The exhaust air
from the compressed air device may contain water,
oil, metal particles or impurities from the compres-
sor. This can cause damage to health.
• WARNING! BE CAREFUL WHEN PUTTING THE
DEVICE DOWN! Always set the device down such
that it does not rest on the trigger. Under certain
circumstances, this could result in accidental ac-
tivation of the device, which in turn could lead to
danger.
• Only suitable accessories may be used. You can
purchase these from the manufacturer. Non-orig-
inal accessories can lead to hazardous situations.
• Use only filtered and regulated compressed air.
Dust, corrosive vapours and/or moisture can dam-
age the motor of a compressed air tool.
• The hose must be designed for a pressure of at
least 8.6 bar or 125 psi, but at least 150% of the
maximum pressure generated in the system.
• The tool and the compressed air hose must be fit-
ted with a hose coupling so that the pressure is
completely released when the coupling hose is dis-
connected.
• DANGER! Avoid contact with live cables. This de-
vice is not insulated against electric shock.
• The tool must not be modified in any way without
the consent of the manufacturer.
• Only use the tool with the prescribed pressure (6.3
bar).
• The tool must always be disconnected from the air
supply after use and when not in use.
• If the tool is not airtight or it needs to be repaired,
it must not be used.

• Never connect the tool to a compressed air hose
whose pressure exceeds 6.3 bar.
• Keep your work area clean and well-lit. Disorgan-
ised and unlit work areas can result in accidents.
This enables better control of the device, particu-
larly in unexpected situations.
• WARNING! Only have the device repaired by qual-
ified specialists and only with original spare parts.
This ensures that safety of the device is maintained.
• Keep children and other people away while using
the tool. Distractions may cause you to lose control
of the device.
• Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jew-
ellery. Keep hair, clothing and gloves away from
moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery or long hair
can be caught in moving parts.
• Put away the trigger and the device in the event of
an unexpected compressor failure.
• Never use or store the tool in damp, dusty places
or near water, other liquids or dangerous gases.
• If possible, use a condensate separator or regu-
larly empty the hoses and pipelines of condensate
(water) before and during use of the compressed
air devices.
• Secure your workpieces. Use the clamping devices
or a vice to hold the workpiece in place. If you hold
the workpiece with your hand or press it against
your body, you cannot operate the device safely.
• ATTENTION! An undersized compressed air sys-
tem can reduce the efficiency of your device.
Hazards due to ejected parts
• If the workpiece or one of the accessories or even
the machine tool itself breaks, parts can be ejected
at high speed.
• Always wear impact resistant safety goggles when
working with a screw-driving machine. The level of
protection required should be assessed separately
for each individual use.
• Ensure that the workpiece is securely fastened.
Hazards due to catching/entanglement
• Catching/entanglement hazards can cause asphyxi-
ation, scalping and/or cuts if loose clothing, person-
al jewellery, necklaces, hair or gloves are not kept
away from the machine and its accessories.
• Gloves can get caught in the rotating drive and this
can injure or brake fingers.
• Rotating drive sockets and extensions can easily
cause rubberised or metal-reinforced gloves to be
caught/entangled.
