Regular cleaning and maintenance of the appliance is necessary to ensure continuous and
proper operation. In the event of a defect, do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself,
but contact a specialist company or your dealer.
The upper limbs must be kept away from the machine when feeding and

Cleaning

• Use a mild detergent and a damp cloth to clean the surface of the appliance.
• Always remove dirt from the rollers with a cloth.
Maintenance
• Keep all cutting tools sharp and clean. Correctly maintained cutting tools with sharp
cutting edges are less likely to get stuck and are easier to control.
• Keep the handles dry, clean and free of oil and dirt.
• Lubricate the rotating parts of the tin snips daily. Ideally, use a grease gun to apply
grease to the grease nipple. A conventional lubricating grease without special
requirements should be used for this purpose.
Dispose of your old appliance at the end of its service life in accordance with national
regulations. When disposing of the appliance, observe the regulations applicable in your
country and municipality.
