Normal bending after conical bending: After conical bending, the Rollers must be brought
back into parallel position.
Removing the workpieces
• To ensure easy removal of the finished
workpiece, the upper roller can be
removed.
• After you have processed the sheet,
pull out the hand crank. Further
instructions can be found in the
"Removing the hand crank" section in
the "Assembly" chapter.
• Pull the complete roller out to the front
and remove it from the counterholder.
• Slide the formed sheet off the roll.
• Reassemble the roller in reverse order.
Bending wires
• Use the smallest possible notch on the lower roller to bend your wire. Push the wire
into the correct notch and turn the hand crank to shape it.
• The remaining procedures and adjustments are identical to those for bending sheet
metal.
