An ordinary soldering iron may also be used, but
in such case, be sure to provide a perfect
insulation (10Q or more to 100 voits).
(7) While checking the circuits during maintenance,
inspection or the other, strictly avoid any
shortcircuiting of the load circuit or other by the
test probe of the measuring instrument.
