1 Release button
The release button disengages the mowing
head.
2 Fanwheel
The fanwheel cools the electric motor.
3 Mowing head
The mowing head holds the mowing lines.
4 Deflector
Protects the user from flying debris and con‐
tact with the cutting attachment.
5 Line limiting blade
The line limiting blade trims mowing lines to
the correct length.

Symbols
Meanings of symbols that may be on the brush‐
cutter, battery and charger:
This symbol shows the maximum speed of
the cutting attachment.
1 LED lights up red. The battery is too
warm or too cold.
4 LEDs flash red. There is a fault in the
battery.
The LED lights up green and the LEDs
on the battery light up or flash green.
The battery is charging.
The LED flashes red. There is no elec‐
trical contact between the battery and
the charger, or there is a fault in the
battery or in the charger.

nance or repair.

against rain and dampness.
Maintain a safe distance.
