4. On the back panel of the housing: Screw the protective
earth to the threaded bolt (10). Torque: max. 8 Nm.
5. On the battery connection back panel: Screw the protective
earth to the threaded bolt (6). Torque: max. 8 Nm.
6. Screw the protective earth to the system control. Torque:
max. 2 Nm.
7. Fully discharge the battery and ensure absence of voltage.

Ø Open separation devices between DC-DC module and
battery.
8. Remove the cover for the battery connection on the DC-DC
module (7).
9. Ensure that the cable lugs of the battery cables are insu-
lated with suitable shrink tubing.
