Circle, and Linear Patterns (Milling)

This section describes the hole pattern functions for Circle, and Linear
patterns.
In the Distance-To-Go mode, use the soft keys to select the desired
hole pattern function, and enter the required data. This data can
usually be taken from the workpiece drawing (e.g. hole depth, number
of holes, etc.).
The ND 780 calculates the positions of all the holes, and displays the
hole pattern graphically on the screen.
To create, or execute an existing pattern, press the FEATURES soft
key. Press the desired hole pattern. Enter new data, or use the
existing data by pressing the ENTER hard key.

Soft keys available in the data entry form:

Function
Press to select hole pattern style.
Press to go to previous hole.
Press to use current tool position.
Press to use the in form calc feature.
Press for additional information about the
milling feature.

Program Soft keys:

The following soft keys are available while running a program.
Function
Press to go to previous hole.
Press to manually advance to the next hole.
Press to end drilling.
Press to toggle between Incremental DRO,
Absolute DRO, and Contour displays.
