SOFTWARE UPDATE
• The update can be performed only by root or administrator.
• During the update, there must be a stable and good range between the controller and the
receiver. The update will not be performed when the range is increased using REP-21.
• Do not disconnect controller and receiver power supply during the update.
• During the update, it is not possible to control other devices using the controller.
• The update takes about 1 minute.
• The receiver that needs to be updated is marked with an icon.
• The current software version is displayed in the „Version", accessible from the context menu.
In case of EFC-01 controllers, from version v1.6.0, update files are downloaded automatically
from the Internet.
To update the receiver's software:
1. Select "Version" from the context menu.
2. If an update is available, the "Update" button will be red.
3. Press the "Update" button.
4. After approx. 5s, the receiver starts the update - STATUS LED flashes green.
5. The update takes about 1 minute and is completed automatically. A successful update is con-
firmed by the message "Your device has been successfully updated".
If for some reason, the update is interrupted (transmission interruption / power failure) the device
will not function properly. However, the device should not be removed from EFC-01 controller. To
start the update again, open "Version" and repeat steps described above.
