Gate mode (pedestrian gate function)
Partial opening of a gate – active
Delay time – time between the first and second pulse. The second pulse
is automatically generated if the gate was closed before the generation
of the first pulse.
NOTE: Pre-configuration of limit switches (at least one set on
Closing) is required.
Set time: from 1 s to 300 s with 1 s increment.
Pedestrian gate
mode
Notifications – the switch allows you to enable/disable the function of automatic notification con-
cerning device status. The query starts after the time set by the "Notification time" parameter has
elapsed. Device status is determined based on signals received from the limit switches.
"Notification time" parameter – determines the time after which the controller queries the ROB-
21 receiver for its status. This allows to automatically update gate/pedestrian gate status in the
application. Time starts counting after selection of a given channel of the ROB-21 receiver from
the application. Set time: from 1 s to 300 s with 1 s increment. Set time should be longer than the
time required for the gate to fully open / close.
DEVICE REMOVAL
In order to remove the device from the system (from EFC-01 controller) select the "Remove" op-
tion from the menu. Successful removal will be confirmed by a message displayed and the device
will disappear from the device list. When removing:
• the device must be connected to a power supply,
• the device must be in the range of the EFC-01 controller and be connected properly (it cannot
be inactive).
If any of these conditions are not met, the attempt to remove the device will result in displaying a
message "Device not responding".
The exception is the removal of the receiver by the "root" user, who can always perform such
operation.
NOTES:
• Removal of the receiver from the controller does not erase its configuration.
• Removal of the receiver from the controller does not remove assigned remote controllers.
• Do not remove the receiver after failed update attempt.
• If the receiver is removed when it is inactive (no power/no range), in order to find and pair it with
the controller again, ROB-21 must be reset to its factory settings.
