Getting started

4.1

Power supply

The meter is charged via the USB-C port at the bottom of the device. The test stand is powered
by a 24 V mains adaptor via the supply socket on the side of the test stand.
Note: During charging, measurements with the meter are not possible!
4.2

Preparation before use

To switch the device on and off, press and hold the On/off key for approx. 5 seconds. The device
starts up and the measurement screen appears. Pressing the Menu key takes you to the main
menu, which is described in the following sections.
The test stand switches on as soon as a power supply is established. First press the
CALIBRATION key on the test stand so that the device runs through a calibration before it is
operated further. The meter moves to the outermost edge of the test stand to scan the end position
and then automatically returns to its start position. The test stand can now be operated as
required.
