• Only spare parts recommended by the manufacturer should be used.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
• Keep all components in good condition to be sure the grinder will
work safely.
• Clean the motor cooling vents after each operation to prevent the
unit from overheating.
• Replace worn or damaged parts to maintain safety.
• Protect the grinder from moisture.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Use sandpaper of the correct type.
ATTENTION: The device is designed for indoor operation.
Despite the use of an inherently safe design, the use of safety
measures and additional protective measures, there is always
a residual risk of injury during work.

CONSTRUCTION AND APPLICATION
The plaster grinder is a hand-held power tool driven by a single-
phase commutator motor. The grinder is designed for surface
dry finishing sanding of walls and other plastered surfaces.
The grinder's movable working disc guard fits perfectly to any
wall surface. The design of the sander has a system that allows
it to be connected to an external dust extraction system (e.g. dust
bag, hoover), which must be connected during operation. Its
areas of use are the execution of renovation and construction
work and any work in the field of independent amateur activity (DIY).
The sander should only be used with a dust extraction
system connected, e.g. a dust bag or a workshop
hoover suitable for gypsum dust extraction.

PREPARATION FOR WORK
FITTING AN AUXILIARY HANDLE
The use of an auxiliary handle on the grinder is recommended. The
auxiliary handle is installed in one of the holes in the grinder housing
(10) If you hold the grinder while working with both hands (also using the
auxiliary handle) there is less risk of losing control of the machine.
SANDING PAPER ATTACHMENT
The sander has a working disc with so-called Velcro, which allows the sanding
paper to be changed easily and quickly.
• Bring the sandpaper close to the work disc so that its holes
• "a" coincide with the holes in the working disc of the sander and press
down to ensure effective dust extraction .
• To remove the sandpaper, tilt it on one side and then pull .
Use perforated abrasive paper so that the dust can reach the
dust extraction system through the holes in the working disc.
Before changing the abrasive paper each time, clean the work
disc by removing dust and any debris from the disc with a
brush or brush, for example.
DUST EXTRACTION
• Push the end of the suction hose onto the dust extraction port (9)
• Connect the other end of the suction hose to a suction system such
as a dust bag or workshop hoover.
LIFT FORCE ADJUSTMENT
The suction force is adjusted by turning the knob to the left or right
OPERATION / SETTINGS
The mains voltage must correspond to the voltage specified
on the grinder's rating plate.
• Switching on - press switch button (8). Switching off - release
pressure on the switch button (8). Locking the switch (continuous
operation)
Switching on:
• Press the on/off button (8) and hold in this position.
• Press the switch lock button (6) .
• Release pressure on the switch button (8).
Switching off:
• Press and release the pressure on the switch button (8).
SPEED CONTROL
There is a speed adjustment knob (7) on the body of the sander. The
speed is selected as required (depending on the abrasive paper used,
the hardness of the workpiece, the type of work, etc.). Turning the speed
control knob (7) increases or decreases the speed of the work wheel .
GRINDING WORK
The surfaces to be machined should be dry and free of foreign
matter such as screws, nails, etc.
Hold the sander securely with both hands.
• Switch on the grinder and wait for the working disc to reach
maximum speed.
• Apply the entire surface of the work disc to the work surface (the
movable work disc guard automatically adjusts to the surface).
• Exerting moderate pressure, move the sander over the work
surface in circular motions or alternately in the transverse and
longitudinal direction.
• Excessive pressure does not lead to an increase in sanding
performance, but can cause faster wear of the sanding machine
components and sandpaper.
• If the working disc is moved away from the sanding surface
during operation, dust will escape to the outside of the machine
and thus into the working room.
• The performance and quality of the sanded surface largely depends on
1 pc.
the type of abrasive paper used and the contact pressure. The

type of sanding paper is best selected by trial.
• When finishing sanding, reduce pressure on the sander, switch off
